Row, Row, Row Your Boat

Good Evening!
I would just like to thank everyone for the wonderful comments they have been leaving on my blog. I'm still really new at all this blog stuff, my hope is sometime to be caught up enough to post daily (???) LOL
This card was made with two challenges in mind the first was for the STV Sketch challenge and the second was for the challenge over at
This is an amazing site I found while I was searching for challenges. They do have challenges of course, but the challenge cards are then used to send to our troops overseas. The troops will receive the cards(blank inside) they can then use them to send to loved ones back home! Imagine how great that must feel to be able to send a card like ours back home. Our men and women have no place to shop for or craft a great looking card. I think this is a wonderful idea. After all don't we all have a few cards laying around! I will be making my cards fit their challenges if I can and then sending them in a box every month or so. Imagine a mom or dad being able to send their child a birthday card made by one of us. Maybe it would be a husband or wife sending an anniversary card made by us.
Keep the cards as general as you can or label them if they are for something specific ie. holidays, girl, boy, birthday, whatever and leave the inside blank, its ok to decorate the inside but no sayings they need room to write their own message.
I hope everyone can be as excited as I am to have found this outsource for my craft, I know it will be so welcomed.
Thanks again for letting bend your ear, now it's off to make dinner.
Have a wonderful evening.
Colleen

You go, Colleen! What a great way to give back. I love this card, but then I already told you that on STV. You rock.
