Father's Day

Hi everyone!
Today I would like to share with you a card I've been wanting to do for some time now. I always thought it looked so neat when someone made a tag to go on a card. I saw the black, white and grey challenge as an opportunity to try it!
I've been working on this over the past few days a bit at a time, finally today I was able to put the finishing touches on it and assemble it.
I used Theresa Momber's set Life is Good for the train, the tree is from Gina K's Tree Silhouettes, I made the background on Smokey Slate with Gina's Ribbon Stripes. The clock and calender are Tim Holtz's stamps I've had for about a year(not inked). First I stamped the train in memento black and embossed. I then masked the train, stamped the clock in memento London fog and the calender in versamark and embossed both with clear embossing powder. I stamped the largest tree from Gina's set with memento London fog and then stamped over it with memento black. I then sponged the white areas with a combination of both inks. I cut two different size circles, glued them together and shaved the top to match the tag I made. Punched a hole added embroidery floss and then a large black and white brad in the bottom corner.
Hope you like this one as much as I do!
Have a happy day,
