Hi, back as promised. This time I have a two page layout to share. Normally my layouts would have many more goodies on them. This time the challenge was to use or scrap Christmas cards.
On these two pages I used a total of three cards. One I cut out the wonderful cookies (they looked much better on the card) to use as embellishments, one of course was the family picture card we received from my sister in law and the other was on page one where I pretty much use the card as an extra mat except for the stamped saying I added and embossed in green tinsel.
As for using up my stash ......... I purchased this paper 10 years ago when I first started scrapping. My son loves to bake and I thought I would have pictures of him and Adrieene baking some day, at that time she was 4. No Christmas Cookies yet!!!!!!!!!
I must say when you look at papers from back then and now, there is a world of difference. The quality has improved so much. The paper is more textured and much deeper in color.
