I made this card for my SIL who recently broke her foot. STV had a challenge to make your own striped background. I used scor-tape and ultra fine glitter to make my stripes.
I tried to use liquid applique and glitter to add a cast to Esmeralda's foot. It kinda works?????
I worked on this one on and off all week and just finished it.
I hope to be back again before to long.
