A couple of cards

Here are a few cards I made for challenges over at STV.
I do still like to take part in their challenges as often as time permits, and Monday was the day!
I would say that 99.9% of the stamps I have are from Gina K Designs. In fact the very first stamp set I ever purchased was from Gina. Then came STV and I met all my wonderful online friends.
The first card is the Monday challenge by Kim, she provided instructions on how to make a pocket card, here . I've never made one before so I thought why not it just might work and get me out of the dull drums. The only other requirement was to use red. I will sure make more of these! It went very fast and I can see all kind of uses for something different like this. It is a regular A2 size. The next card is for Friday's challenge. CASE the DT. This time we were to case Jennie. Her cards are always so pretty and perfect. The one I chose to CASE is here .

I just love this image! This card was quick and very fun to make. I just may go back and Case some more of her cards because I've always admired her style.
That is it for me. I have about an hour and a half, then its off to work.
I'm going to try to work on something very special and different than I've ever done. This is a double shift day so I know I will not get it finished today.
Hugs and have a very great day.
Colleen

These are wonderful Colleen! I have got a list of challenges I'd like to enter but can't seem to pull a card together. CASE-ing might help me -- I always tend to like those cards that I've cased!

Both of these are so pretty. You used one of my favorite sets on your pocket card, need to check out the tutorial. Love the piecing on your bird. Jennie is a very talented lady and so are you! Don't work too hard.
