Creative Paper Room

This two week challenge at JustRite is an inspiration challenge. You can use the colors, the feel, or the patterns in the picture below.
I used the colors, thinking this was the perfect time to use that Adorable Dragon set I purchased last year for the boys valentines.
My card stock is from scraps on my desk. I fussy cut the dragon, used pop dots to mount it. I used my Spellbinders circles to cut out some dp to use as balloons, then popped up the largest one and arranged the others around it.
