Inspired by the "Little Green Man"

Hi, Julie Ann Lee over at the Paper Artsy inspired me this week with her "Little Green Man" you can find hers here. The "Little Green Man" is mostly a European thing from what I gathered in my research although I think I read they have found some carvings in NY. If you would like to get the history here is a link.
The very minute I set eyes on her creation I thought of the seasons and how cool it would be to make one for every season. I even mentioned it in my comments to her on the first day. That is exactly what she had in store for us. So this is day one.
I made my "Little Green Man" into a Mother Nature theme. Using my Wendy Vecchi brick wall stencil and Gelatos I created my first 3X3 canvas, cut out leaves with Spellbinders die Little Blossoms and Spellbinders Banners for the sentiment. I distressed all of the die cuts with TH Shabby Shutters. Both my Green Man and flower were made with Utte and other eb powders in my Melt Pot and using a mold.
That is it for now, more seasons after work.
Hugs
Colleen

Fabulous, the wall is the perfect background, all 4 seasons are going to look so good together.

I love what you did here, Colleen and I remember that comment about creating a seasons canvas! I was really excited when I read it, so lovely to get feedback and I've so enjoyed seeing the different interpretations this week. The white flower on this provides such a beautiful contrast to the green of the mask. I would love to see the other seasons you create. Thank you so much for playing along this week. Julie Ann xxx
