Snowglobe
Today's post is for the Mod Squad challenge, in only it's second week :).
Lee provided the challenge this week to let the snow fly. She also provided a link to this wonderful snowglobe project on Splitcoast
Yes it's another Christmas card, don't you think Elizabeth who will be 6 next Christmas would just love this.
I can also see this being a gumball machine????
My dp is from scraps, stamps are Whimsy titled Starry Night, and colored with TH inks and water brush.
I used TH Stormy Sky to sponge the background and TH Tarnished Brass paint for the stars.
For my "snow" I used TH Distressed Rock Candy glitter for the top of the globe, Polar White Flower Soft for the brim and ball of the Santa cap and for the snowflakes on the outside of the globe I used Winterwhite embossing powder. Couldn't find my White Stazon :(.
Last week I missed the posting time, not this week!
Hugs,
Colleen

I love your snowglobe design. So cute! And, yes, I can see a gumball machine as well.
Not only Elizabeth would love this one, me too! Love snow globes and you have definitely caught the essence of it beautifully.
Love the image.
You are getting way ahead on your Christmas card stash, I need to do that.
