Tag Book
Hi, in my last post I left a sneak peek of what I was working on next and here it is a book to hold all the tags I make and have laying all over.
Over at Paper Artsy the challenge is for "Fragile" Papers I was inspired by Leandra's video here she painted on the back of tissue, I would call that fragile.
I have about five pictures, so this could be a bit long. I will try not to type too much though. The process took about 16 to 20 crafting hours as I had never done this before and made all my own patterns. It was fun, educational and scary all at the same time. I'm very critical of my work as we all are and I know some things could be better, but it works for me right now and my next one will be better. The ONE thing I regret the most is the cluster of elements on the front cover, I should have held up my tissue design to the cover before gluing everything down. I would have changed the elements to appear to be more whimsical and more Steampunk style. I started that way and them somehow was over taken with that huge flower. LOL
I learned other things as I went along, but I'm not going to bore you with those or a step by step because 16 hours of steps well that would be bad. I will say that one of my favorite things to do is make scenes, so I took all the Jofy sets I have(#24 and #10) along with Darcy's set EDY05 and mini EM02 the cutest little bird ever stamped them all on tissue paper and went to town painting. Here are the rest of my pictures. I hope you enjoy them, even though I can't get them to line up. .

You're cover is just fantastic! I am very impressed. It is not only pretty, it looks quite sturdy and should withstand the test of time. Nice job, as I know you worked very hard on it.
