Gina K.'s Pumpkin Spice and Rocket Red who would have thought?
I took this color inspiration from the dp by Best Creation Inc.
It took a bit to convince myself this would work as I forged ahead putting the pieces together I began to like it more and more.
I used the crackle stamp from Bold Flowers with red magic VersaMagic ink, the checker stamp from Ribbon Stripes with Adirondack lights Lemonade paint dabber and the rooster from Signs of Autumn with Tim Holtz Distress Walnut Stain and Ranger Holographic embossing powder.
A bit of jute, small punched flowers, distress the edges of the Pumpkin Spice and some piercing. One more challenge complete!
My Stamping Companion
Sometimes when I'm stamping or on the computer, I take a phone call. People always ask who is talking in the background. So I thought it was time to introduce Sweety, she is my Blue Hahn Mini Macaw. Her bite is not as bad as a regular Macaw's would be, nor is the mess they make. Everything else is the same, they talk, swing, play, and turn upside down.
She can answer the phone with Hello, she barks the same as the puppies, she also says good girl and I love you. Once she started talking on her own (without command) I stopped teaching her words. LOL
I hope you enjoyed this little look into my crafting day :)
Keep a smile on your face and in your heart.

I love Sweety!!!! She is so adorable. I have a friend who has talking birds, I think it's neat! Your card is awesome. I never would of thought to put those colors together either. Goes to show we are never to old to learn new tricks LOL.
Hi Sweety! Nice to meet you! Look at that sparkly rooster..... I agree with Olga, never would have thought of this combo!
Thanks for introducing us to Sweety! She's a pretty cool bird! Hope she's not like my grandson -- we thought he was never going to start talking but when he did, we haven't been able to get a word in edgewise!! He never stops!!
