Merry Christmas

Hi, everyone this is for Joan's Garden Challenge.
Here are the requirements.
Paper-Vertical Strip
Die Cut Flower - If you don't have a die cut you can cut by hand
Some kind of alteration to card stock- Diamond Glaze, cracked ice or anything to change the texture...even embossing
A Swirl - either pearls, rhinestones, paper, or stamped
I used Gina K PL spruce for my card base and image mat. My vertical paper is from my scrap booking stash. My image is Impression Obsession F1791 I colored it with copics added some Tim Holtz Cracked Ice after drying I sponged over with Tim Holtz distressed Linen. My flower is hand cut from Year of Flowers by Melanie of Gina K Designs colored with copics glass beads were added to the center. My swirl is a decorative paper clip.
That's it for now have to get the puppies up and then off to work. Hope you enjoyed the card.
Have a wonderful day.
Colleen

Great card Colleen. I love the embossing in the background and as Mary Anne said, it certainly gives it a great Vintage feel.

Thanks so much for playing in Joan's Gardens #18 weekly Challenge. I love it!

Love the Raggedy Andy doll sitting on the blocks with the E turned sideways! Is the brown paper textured or did you emboss it?
