Joan's Garden

Hi everyone. Today's post is for Joan's Garden Challenge #21.
Joan really challenges us to think outside the box and it truly is amazing how many different looks and styles we get from her instructions.
This week's instructions are: Something from Nature but not flowers - Real or handcrafted (such as twigs, corn husks etc.) Something Punched,
Something Green
A background for your focal point such as a Spellbinders Nestie

This card was my vision. You can see I have the green covered by several items. For the punch I used a marvy circle and a new reindeer punch by tonic. My stamp is from last years GKD by Theresa the saying is Great Impressions. I used green on the base of the card and the book for some reason it looks black as does the ribbon. My focal point is on a nestie label seven I believe. For the nature part I cut twigs from my yard and put them in the fire place and as a pile of wood on the side.
Gotta go running late for work. Hope you have a wonderful day.
Colleen

Hope you didn't get tired from chopping that firewood! What an awesome idea! If I would have put a real snowflake I would have ended with a puddle!
