Home is where mom is

Here we go, I was able to sneak in just a little bit of crafting time on Friday. On SoulScrappers there is a PhiloSOULphy challenge, they provide a quote and you design your project around that. This months the quote is "home is where mom is". I used some shrinky plastic to make my eggs covered with Paper Artsy chalk paint and some mica powder by Prmia. The images are from a Tim Holtz set called Bird Feather which remains one of my favorites.I also added some Creative Embellishments chipboard branches that I won in a blog hop and some leaves from Recollections. I used a combination of TH's ink and Archival ink.
That's it for today. Here is hoping now that the boys are out of school I will have more crafting time.
